Carolina is an innovative Training Facilitator with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and education, and a robust background as a start-up consultant and in fostering social-impact initiatives in developing countries, empowering individuals and fostering business growth.

She brings invaluable global expertise to SSE’s education team. Carolina is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and her extensive academic publications, energy, and enthusiasm make her a dynamic addition to the team.

Beyond her professional achievements, she takes great pride in her role as mother to two girls, bringing the same dedication to her family as she does to her work.

Carolina holds a Bachelor, Masters, and PhD in Management from Pontifical Catholica University in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and was a recipient of the Teaching Merit Certificate from Torrens University Australia.
