With more than 20 years of experience across technology and transformation programs, Erum has worked in a range of industries including public sector, banking and financial services, utilities, hospitality, media and advertising.

 

Erum has led multiple programs and teams that nurture an organisational culture of agile ways of working, innovation and intrapreneurship. She is passionate about STEM education, digital capabilities, and entrepreneurship, and believes in teaching the young generation these valuable skills so they can be adept for the altering nature of the future workplace.

 

Her expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement and human-centred design enables her to bring the customer to front of mind during the delivery of complex programs and disruptive technologies.
