Vik Naidoo

Vik Naidoo (PhD) is Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer with TAFE NSW, an agency of the NSW Government. He joined the NSW public service in 2021 to provide executive leadership across projects that span both the vocational and higher education sectors.  

Vik brings to the Sydney School of Entrepreneurship’s team deep educational and government expertise, having held education policy, teaching as well as leadership roles. His previous tenure includes roles with Commonwealth Public Service, the New Zealand Ministry of Education, Deakin University, Curtin University and the University of Sydney before joining the NSW public service.

Vik’s background in supporting entrepreneurial education and training includes his own journey in dabbling with start-ups as founder, angel investor and strategic advisor.
