Emily Chang is an organisational and capability development professional with experience working across private industry, government and the research sector. In her role as the Director, Entrepreneurship, she is responsible for the creation and delivery of SSE’s portfolio of education and entrepreneurial programs, as well as building the talent pool of entrepreneurs in residence and facilitators to deliver impactful programs.
Emily is also the founder and director of Stoke. Stoke exists to create experiential learning opportunities to discover and grow individuals and teams in the global research sector, so that talent and disruptive innovations can be drawn out to create positive impact for the world.
Prior to joining the SSE team, she was the lead facilitator for SSE’s Structuring for Success and Activation accredited short courses, as well as an Entrepreneur Facilitator for the Discovery Program. She has also led the design and execution of pre-accelerator and acceleration programs in Australia, including CSIRO ON.
