It's all about you...
Anyone can become an entrepreneur; you just need the right skills and support to succeed. That’s where we come in.
Over six flexible weeks, Activation will help you understand what drives you and help you harness that drive to build a business – even for an idea you don’t have yet.

We've reimagined our units
As we continue to adapt and innovate in the face of new challenges, we’re excited to announce that we’ve redesigned our short courses to offer the same high-quality learning experience in a shorter, more flexible format. Based on student feedback, our reimagined units focus on impactful interactions in an online environment that will immerse participants in the world of innovation and entrepreneurship over six weeks.

Activation alum
Level up your inner game
Activation is your personal journey through the world of innovation and entrepreneurship. You’ll learn how to apply what you’ve learned at uni and TAFE in any context by starting with a strong understanding of yourself and what makes you unique.
Starting something new is always a labour of love, so we don’t just teach you business concepts. We’ll help you develop your vision, understand your why and bring others along on the journey with you.
We know you live in the real world and so your assignments will be targeted, practical and straightforward. We want you to discover your why, not ask “why am I doing this?”.
So turn a spark into a flame. Whether you have an idea already or are still exploring your niche, learn what drives you, how to pitch yourself and build a startup roadmap to launch a sustainable and scalable business.
Activation is for you if:
- You want to explore the future-of-work capabilities you need to start a business
- You’re ready to apply what you’ve learned at uni or TAFE in a practical way
- You're keen to meet like-minded students from different disciplines and institutions across NSW
- You want a flexible learning experience to fit around your schedule
- You're currently studying at any of our 12 education partners (11 NSW universities and TAFE NSW)
