Supporting NSW Small Business Month, the Sydney School of Entrepreneurship (SSE) is offering the Innovate From Within – Reimagining Workplace Productivity program free of charge to small businesses from across NSW.
This program will equip small businesses with the confidence, skills, and techniques to increase the innovation capability of their team and foster an innovative environment to inspire and increase productivity.
The Essentials
| Dates | Four one-hour live sessions on 8, 10, 15 and 17 November from 6:00PM – 7:00PM (recordings will also be available to view in your own time) |

| Time commitment | Four hours of live online workshops plus up to an additional 4 hours to complete the self-paced work |

Learning Outcomes
Participants of the Innovate from Within – Reimagining Workplace Productivity program will develop:
- Practical knowledge and guidance on how to develop an innovative ethos within your workplace culture to drive business growth
- Practical knowledge on how to create and implement an innovative mindset that empowers staff to think about their roles and execute them more efficiently
- Techniques on how staff can implement innovation on a macro level throughout their workplace
- Techniques on how to use innovative processes in practical ways to problem-solve in all aspects of the business
