Participants will emerge equipped and ready to drive innovation, streamline business operations and automate relevant processes, and leverage data insights.

The New Digital Skills Program is another initiative delivered under the City of Newcastle’s NewSkills Program.

The skills and knowledge gained through this program will allow individuals and broader communities to positively contribute to realising long-term growth through enhanced project management, communications, and overall business efficiencies.

The Opportunity

In today’s technology-driven world it can be difficult to keep up with the vast array of platforms and digital tools that can be applied to your business operations. The good news is that you don’t need to be a software engineer or coding expert to introduce and engage with such technological advancements - you just need to know the basics. That’s where the Sydney School of Entrepreneurship’s New Digital Skills Program can help!

New Digital Skills Program is Sponsored by the City of Newcastle, and is being offered at no cost for interested people either working or residing in Newcastle*. To accommodate people’s varying schedules, the Program will be delivered flexibly, with options to complete fully online or in blended format with online and face-to-face components delivered at Newcastle’s newest Innovation Hub - I2N. The choice is yours!

*The Program is available at no cost to people currently employed at an organisation, or currently residing in, the City of Newcastle.
