Client Services and Administration Officer
Isabel brings to SSE wide-ranging experience as an assessor, and educator of language, literacy, numeracy and academic skills, complemented with a comprehensive leadership and management skills set. These skills and acquired knowledge have helped her generate and implement innovative educational ideas to improve students’ and educators’ learning and teaching experiences. These have translated into better student progression, higher satisfaction and retention, as well as the expansion of educators’ best-practice capabilities.
She is also an approachable and results-oriented student support and administration leader with extensive experience in the vocational and tertiary education industry. Her skills from the education industry, coupled with experiences in retail administration and front office management, are an invaluable asset in implementing and continuously improving SSE’s operational activities and customer engagement to support SSE’s expansion of our programs and services.
Isabel commenced her career as a passionate and creative English teacher. Her experience working with international and domestic students from varied educational, linguistic and cultural backgrounds has helped her develop high cultural sensitivity. She presents herself as engaging and open-minded in situations that require appropriate and effective leadership skills.
She is a scuba diver and has travelled a good portion of the world while doing so. She participated in underwater hockey competitions when she was at university and loves coastal walks and painting by numbers.
