Ashley co-founded not-for-profit organisation Shark Conservation Australia (SCA) in 2018 — prior to the launch of SCA, the organisation was formally known as Fin Free Sydney, established in 2012. She undertook the Navigator in 2017 to expand her knowledge of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
