Founder of Outback Wings
International Bootcamp India 2019
Mackenzie Bond was brought up in a farming family of five generations on dairy and beef properties in Queensland. She moved to Wagga Wagga, New South Wales in 2018 to study at Charles Sturt University in pursuit of the dream to become a rural vet.
Mackenzie founded Outback Wings, an aeronautical agricultural and veterinary organisation inspired by the Royal Flying Doctors Service of Australia. Outback Wings will provide health care and reliable 24-hour emergency vet services to over 3 million animals across a 7.69 million square kilometre area.
Mackenzie is dedicated to improving animal health and biosecurity in rural and remote regions of Australia. The service will aid sustainable crop and stock feed production, as well as growth in commercial livestock enterprises.
