Independent Director and Member of Audit, Finance and Risk Committee
David Caspari is an executive and non-executive director with extensive experience at MD/CEO and Board level across all key sectors in technology and services in Australia, and across global markets. He is currently CEO of the ASX-listed global education technology company Janison, and has had senior executive roles in multinational organisations such as Cisco, HP and Optus. He is currently a member of SSE’s Audit, Finance and Risk Committee.
His non-executive director experience includes Board positions as Deputy Chair of Knox Grammar, Chair of HP and EDS subsidiary Boards, the Board of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation and the University of New South Wales Academic Board. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is a recognised innovation leader in ‘fourth industrial revolution technologies’ (AI, ML, APIs, 5G), and has been recognised as ‘Top 20 Most Influential in Technology in Australia’, and ’50 Most Influential Australian Engineers’ on multiple occasions.
