Member Representative Director
Dr Raffaele (Raf) Marcellino has held tertiary education leadership positions in the TAFE, University and Independent Higher Education sectors for over 25 years.
Currently, he is the Executive Director, Education and Skills, Sydney Region at TAFE NSW. His previous roles include SAE Global Chief Academic Officer and Executive General Manager Learning and Teaching, Navitas Careers and Industry Division.
Dr Marcellino’s expertise and experience encompass tertiary education operations, creative arts and media, academic leadership, transnational education, learning and teaching, strategic curriculum development, academic governance and academic quality.
He is also an Australian art music composer with numerous commissions and grants, both public and private, and his music has been performed and broadcast in Australia and overseas by leading ensembles.
