Member of Audit, Finance and Risk Committee
Zoe Williams is a Head of Internal Audit and Risk, Executive Coach, leader, developer of people and cultural change manager. She is currently a member of SSE’s Audit, Finance and Risk Committee.
She has over 15 years’ experience working in FTSE 10, 100 and 250 organisations and more than 6 years’ experience reporting directly to the Non-Executive Board of FTSE250 and FTSE120 companies.
Zoe is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as an Executive Coach, focusing on strengths coaching and developing emotional intelligence (EQ) in her clients. Her strengths are connecting information and people and helping teams to understand the value that strong leadership, strategic risk management and operational focus can bring.
