Lecturer University of Newcastle
Courtney is a lecturer in the new Innovation and Entrepreneurship program at the University of Newcastle.
Her research and teaching focuses on the people side of innovation, exploring and training others to understand how innovation can be harnessed to create social change and the role of important agents in the innovation process.
Prior to returning to completing her PhD, she worked for IBM Australia in workforce management and recruitment. In 2019 she joined our teaching team to help facilitate Ideation.
