Executive Director, Innovation, Enterprise and Engagement

Lynn Erkens brings a global perspective, and six years of experience at SSE, to her role as Executive Director, Innovation, Enterprise and Engagement.
She works collaboratively with our clients, stakeholders and all teams to help drive the SSE strategic goals and vision, support the organisation’s compliance and governance requirements and plays a critical role with SSE's partners and other stakeholders to ensure the success of SSE and its future growth.
Lynn has a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Masters of International and European Law from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, and a Master of International and European Law from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
She speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Korean. Prior to joining SSE, Lynn worked as a research assistant at Tilburg University and a legal advisor at Legal Aid in Tilburg.
