As the Director of Brand, Marketing and Communications, Nicole is responsible for overseeing communications and marketing, including social media, website development, print media, and overall public relations across various SSE audiences.
Nicole is a senior marketing and communications leader with broad experience in the education sector. At the NSW Department of Education, she worked to promote teaching as a career through a wide range of channels and engagement programs. After moving to Western Sydney University, she developed the University's social media strategy which was then used to amplify the University's high-profile rebranding campaign. Nicole most recently led the Universities Admissions Centre’s marketing and communications team which was responsible for promoting access to university, and UAC’s expanding suit of new products and services.
Nicole’s talent for critical and creative thinking, coupled with her technical expertise and ability to analyse data, allow her to set and achieve targets to meet organisational goals.
Nicole has a passion for education and continued self-improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts), a Master of Design (Digital Media) and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communications.
