SSE acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are the First Peoples and Traditional Custodians of the lands and waterways of Australia. We pay respect to Elders past and present, as the original storytellers, innovators, and place-makers and together, celebrate the traditional sovereignty of these unceded lands.

We’re three!
Here’s a message from our CEO Dr Sarah Jones to commemorate three years since we officially opened the doors of SSE in 2017.
“Our third year anniversary is a great time to reflect on just how far we’ve come and how much more we aspire to achieve. Our success has always been driven by our collaborative partnerships, so I want to offer my sincere thanks to everyone who forms part of our SSE community: our amazing facilitators, expert practitioners, participants, alumni, education and government partners, startups, and especially to the amazing SSE team who make all things possible.
With this collaborative support, we have grown into a thriving entrepreneurship school that has welcomed more than 15,000 participants, in-person and online. And like so many of you, we’re just getting started. We continue to be responsive to the needs of the community and to the constantly changing local and global conditions. In addition to our current suite of programs, including our Virtual Internship and entrepreneurial short courses, we’re excited to be innovating new offerings for secondary schools, businesses, career-changers and life-long learners from all walks of life.
Together, we’re supporting people from across the state and around the world to develop innovative, entrepreneurial mindsets that can help shape their future.
Thanks for being a part of SSE and we look forward to many more years of growth and innovation.”
