Zac Zavos

Zac is co-founder and Managing Partner of Shearwater Growth Equity, a venture fund set-up in 2018 with Mike Gregg and Charles Gibbon. Shearwater invests its partners’ capital in fast growth technology companies. Prior to founding Shearwater, Zac was the co-founder and CEO of Conversant Media, a digital publisher that was acquired by APN News & Media for $11.6m in October 2016. 

Zac was one of our mentors and judges during our Shark Tank-style pitch session for Structuring for Success in 2019.
