As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, Nicholas (Nic) Harcourt-Baldwin brings over 15 years’ experience in operations, finance, and management across the wholesale, retail, and property sectors, and as a business founder himself. A seasoned business executive Nic acts as a strategic partner to the CEO.
He believes in the power of uniting teams and processes across all organisational levels to drive not just efficiency but also commercial longevity.
Having experienced life as an entrepreneur, in joining SSE Nic is eager to see others do the same, and his personal values of compassion, inclusion, and integrity are closely aligned with SSE's own and its mission to foster a diverse community of next-generation entrepreneurs and innovators.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in Finance from UKZN (Durban, South Africa).
