By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

    1. Enrolment

By purchasing the course, you agree to enrol in the specified educational program. Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment.

    2. Payment

Payment for the course is due at the time of enrolment. We accept various payment methods as indicated on checkout at our payment platform.

    3. Access Period

The course access period begins upon enrolment or the date specified and remains available for the duration specified in the course details. Extensions may be available under certain circumstances.

    4. Refund Policy

All course purchases are non-refundable. Please carefully review the course details, prerequisites, and any other relevant prerequisites before purchasing. Instead of a refund, we may offer access to an alternative course of equal or lesser value. This offer is subject to availability and may be presented at the discretion of the Sydney School of Entrepreneurship (SSE). By making a course purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy with the provision of an online course offer only.

In the event that we, the organisers, cancel the scheduled event for any reason, this refund policy will be implemented. Attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid for the event in case of cancellation on our behalf. Attendees will be promptly notified of the event cancellation via the contact information provided during the enrolment process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame after the cancellation announcement. Beyond the refund of the enrolment fee, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel, accommodation, or other related expenses. In case of the event rescheduling, attendees will have the option to retain their enrolment for the rescheduled date or request a refund following the same policy.

In circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, this refund policy will still apply.

    5. Security

Your payment information is encrypted and secured. We do not store your payment details. Your payment details are securely processed by reputable third-party payment processors.

Access to payment information is restricted to authorised personnel only, and stringent measures are in place to prevent unauthorised access or data breaches.

    6. Authorisation Period

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completion of the transaction. Any delays in processing may occur due to third-party payment processors.
