The Sydney School of Entrepreneurship (SSE) warmly welcomes you to an event to celebrate 2024 International Women's Day (IWD).
We know that when women are empowered to have their own voice, agency, and meaningful participation in economic decision-making at all levels of society, everyone benefits. So we invite you to join us at SSE HQ in Ultimo for a fun evening and meaningful conversations to examine fresh pathways for women's economic inclusion and investment, and accelerate progress for women and girls everywhere!

LYNN ERKENS (HOST)
Lynn Erkens brings a global perspective and six years of experience at SSE to her role as Executive Director, Innovation, Enterprise and Engagement. She is responsible for driving SSE's strategic goals and vision and supporting the organisation’s compliance and governance requirements, and plays a critical role with partners and other stakeholders to ensure the success of SSE and its future growth.

LYNNE TESTONI (PANELLIST)
Lynne Testoni is one of Australia’s leading writers and editors in the home, design, and food niche. She has been a freelance content creator and writer for more than seven years, working with corporate clients and editorial magazines. She has presented numerous media industry masterclasses on topics such as Beyond Journalism and Breaking into Media, and been a speaker at TedX Newtown. She also cohosts successful podcast The Content Byte, with Rachel Smith.

MALA WEBBER (PANELLIST)
Mala Webber is the founder of The Site Coach, a boutique website agency that specialises in helping entrepreneurs establish and grow their digital presence. Since 2009, she has been dedicated to assisting female startups to grow their business online. Committed to creating strong networks, she helped found the Bondi Business Women group and currently serves as the President of the Coogee Chamber of Commerce, where she supports local businesses and helps to nurture community ties. Mala actively collaborates with social enterprises and charities such as BREED Australia and BrandKind, and has done work for One Girl, a charity dedicated to providing educational opportunities to young girls worldwide.

CHRISTINA CHUN (PANELLIST)
Christina Chun works to combat inequality by optimising solutions and leveraging data and strategic partnerships for continuous improvement and growth. She has built social enterprises that have been recognised by Westpac’s Top 200 Businesses of Tomorrow, Forbes 30 Under 30 in Asia, and in Marie Claire’s Glass Ceiling Awards, and currently holds advisory positions across the Environmental Music Prize, Consent Labs, The Social Enterprise Council of NSW and ACT, and the UNSW Business Advisory Council.
